Dr. Ashley O'Brien, DMD
Dr. O'Brien joined Navy Yard Dental as a proud steward of the practice built by its founders, carrying forward the warmth and trust they established from day one. With advanced training in implantology, oral surgery, and facial aesthetics, she handles the full spectrum of dental care — from routine restorations to full-arch All-on-X restorations and Botox — all in-house. Patients follow her because she listens, explains, and genuinely cares about outcomes. She completed her DMD at Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health with a Certificate in Public Health and has currently resides in South Philadelphia.

Dr. Frank Matarrazzo, DMD
Dr. Matarrazzo brings decades of experience in general and restorative dentistry to the Navy Yard team. Known for his calm, methodical approach, he excels at complex restorative cases, esthetics, and full-mouth reconstructions. Patients appreciate his thoroughness, commitment to his patients, and his ability to explain complex treatment plans in plain language.

Her warm, outgoing personality and genuine enthusiasm for her patients make every visit feel welcoming — it's no surprise so many patients specifically request her by name. Her thorough, patient-centered approach ensures that every patient understands their gum health and feels confident in their care.
